Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the master suite, which features an en suite bathroom with a shower. A second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom provides versatile space with both a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed. For additional flexibility, a sofa bed is available in the living room. Guests in the two secondary bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Inside, the house is tastefully decorated to ensure a comfortable stay. The spacious living room is filled with natural light from large windows, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen serves as the heart of the home, complete with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, a breakfast bar, and a dining area that seats six. Note that the journey from the back of the house to the dock is approximately 40 yards with a 10ft incline.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Up to 2 dogs allowed with a $100 pet fee; dogs must remain on-leash outdoors.
• Guests: Only those on the reservation may stay overnight, though visitors are welcome.
• House Rules: The boat lift, owner's garage, boat, and kayak are not available for guest use.
• Maintenance: Trash collection is every Thursday; please place cans at the end of the driveway.
• Grill & Fire Table: A propane grill is located in the garage. If a propane tank is present, guests may use it, but refills are the guest's responsibility. The fire table also requires propane.
• Important Notes: Access to the back porch requires passing through the downstairs living room. Please be aware that non-venomous black snakes may be present during summer months. Due to regional conditions, lake levels may be lower than average.
