The adjacent spacious bathroom provides a refreshing start to the day with a large single vanity and a luxurious walk-in shower. The second bedroom is equally inviting, boasting a sumptuous king-sized bed, a Smart TV, and a versatile twin daybed with a pull-out trundle for flexible sleeping arrangements. This room also enjoys its own well-appointed bathroom with a large single vanity and an expansive walk-in shower.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that the homeowners live on site in a separate portion of the residence; while there are shared walls, there are no shared spaces and your privacy is paramount. Pets are not allowed, with the exception of certified service animals provided proper paperwork is submitted prior to arrival. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors (a minimum $250 fine applies), and firearms are not permitted. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to comply with city ordinances. This is not a party house.
