• Minimum rental age: 25 years old
• Pets: Considered upon approval (Max 2 pets, max 60 lbs each, no puppies under 1 year, no cats). A nonrefundable $150 per pet fee applies.
• Strict Noise Ordinance: Folly Beach enforces a strict noise rule from 10 PM to 8 AM. NoiseAware sensors are used to ensure community peace; violations may result in immediate termination of the rental.
• No smoking is allowed inside or outside the house.
• House parties, weddings, and organized events are prohibited.
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
