Please note a Transient Rental Fee of $16.52 + tax is payable to the resort at check-in, and a $75 hotel fee applies to arrivals after 7:00 PM. Valet parking is available for $60 + tax per day. Pets are allowed. Be advised that the resort is undergoing a pool deck enhancement project through Q1 2027; while some areas may be relocated, all other beach activities and amenities remain fully available. This is a privately owned condominium managed by MAK Realty Group and is not affiliated with the Fontainebleau hotel operations.
