Property Rules & Penalties:

Self-check-in with smart lock Check-in is at 4 PM Check-out by 10 AM

There is a Short-Term Rental Agreement that needs to be signed as part of the check-in process that outlines the property rules and policies.

Guests are required to provide a Government-issued ID, selfie, credit card & security deposit of $500 before check-in.

We require a copy of a Government-issued ID and a selfie for payment compliance, security issues, and other local compliance requirements. This is compliant with our channel partner's policies as well.

You are assigned parking space #1. Please only use this parking space during your stay. Consumables, linens, and towels will not be replenished during your stay. No 3rd party bookings are allowed, where you will book for other guests staying with us. We have a strict security policy where we need to verify all adults staying at the property. This is for the safety of all the guests staying with us.

Please take your time to read all the rules. No Refunds or Cancellations Permitted Post Booking for not Reading Our House Rules ** important ** Please make sure you read, and comply with these rules:

1. No parties or events are allowed of any kind inside or outside of the property. Please respect the community.
2. No smoking or vaping of any substances allowed. No illegal substances of any kind are allowed on the premises.
3. No pets allowed.
4. If you use the grill (you need to provide your own charcoal) be sure to clean it & cover it when you're done. Be sure to clean and put back into place any used outdoor furniture as well.
5. Suitable for children under 12. If you use the folding chair or pack-n-play, please be sure to make sure they're cleaned before check-out.
6. No extra or unregistered guests are allowed to stay over.
7. Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms
8. Please don't leave doors open and remember to lock them. Shut off all appliances, lights, and fans before leaving the property.
9. Please respect the noise curfew from 9 pm-7 am. There is a noise level city ordinance we do not want any complaints. Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and the retention of your security deposit. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you.
10. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
11. Please don't tamper with the security cameras, WIFI equipment, smart locks, thermostat, and/or noise monitoring devices at any time.
12. Do not share your door security code or wifi password with outside parties, thank you.
13. Take care of the furnishings. You will be responsible for the damages that exceed your security deposit.
14. Please don't rearrange the furniture, add window coverings, paint, hang items from the walls, and/or alter the property in any way.
15. Please clean your dishes, and small appliances, and place all items back in their locations before check-out.
16. Please take out the trash as well. For extended stays, we ask that you please bring the trash barrels to the curb and bring them back for storage.
17. No additional excessive guests.
18. This is a no-shoe house. All shoes must be taken off at the entry. Please understand this takes a lot of extra time to clean.
19. No mailing packages to the property.
20. Do not tamper with any storage areas & never take anything out of them.
21. Do not steal any towels, linens, small or large appliances, furniture, TVs, hair dryers, remote controls, pillows, blankets, rugs, irons, ironing boards, and/or anything else that doesn't belong to you from the property. Thank you.
22. The thermostat air conditioning can be adjusted between 73-79 F.
23. All adult guests need to be identified through government-issued identification. A list of all the names and IDs needs to be provided for all of the guests.
24. No illegal internet usage. No criminal activity, illegal downloading, or any other illegal internet usage is permitted.
25. Cryptocurrency mining is prohibited.

Penalties for the following. Held against the security deposit and a claim will be filed.

**Stolen towels: $25 per towel, no matter what the size **Smoking in the home, outside on the property, and/or anywhere on the premises: $500 **Violation of no pet policy: $500 **Tampering with security cameras, WIFI equipment, smart locks, thermostat, and/or noise monitoring: $500 **Late Checkout Past 10 AM without consent. $200/hr charged at $50 every 15mins **Excessive Guest than the reservation. $100 per guest/night **There is a $50 fee per rug stain left in the home. **Damages to the property, furniture, appliances, cabinets, doors, windows, blinds, and or any other items at the property. **Stolen or damaged items such as dinnerware, cookware, glassware, coasters, linens, blankets, pillows, electronics, furniture, and/or any stolen, missing, or damaged items. **Cryptocurrency mining violation: $500 security deposit penalty plus any additional utility and/or property damages
