The second floor houses the master en-suite, which offers a king size bed and a private balcony equipped with two Adirondack chairs for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The master suite also includes a ceiling fan, a large Smart HDTV, and a bath featuring a marble vanity and custom tiled walk-in shower behind a sliding barn door. A second guest bedroom on this level provides twin beds and access to the master bath.

Inside, the bright and welcoming interior is defined by high ceilings, large panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, and beautiful hardwood floors throughout the first level. The fabulous kitchen is a chef's dream with granite counters, white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a gas Dacor range, and a convenient laundry spot with a stacked full-size washer and dryer. • Gate Passes: A maximum of 3 passenger vehicles may be parked overnight (11 pm-7 am). One gate pass is included in your stay; additional passes are $45 per vehicle. Please call the office for extra passes.
• LSV Rentals: Permitted provided they are registered, insured, and follow all SIPOA safety and usage rules.
• Minimum age to book: 25
• Cancellation: For stays under 30 days, deposits are refunded minus a $250 fee; cancellations under 30 days result in forfeiture of monies unless the dates are re-rented.
