Adjacent to the great room, the dining area offers seating for eight, making it ideal for shared meals and game nights. The fully stocked eat-in kitchen includes counter seating for four and a large picture window, ensuring the chef enjoys a gorgeous view while preparing meals.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across two levels. The first floor hosts a large primary suite featuring a king bed and a spacious, updated en-suite bath. For added flexibility, the sun room provides a sleeper sofa for extra guests. Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms and a full bath; one bedroom features a queen bed with a private balcony and en-suite bath, while the second bedroom provides two full beds.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Relax on the screened porch with multiple seating areas, where you can watch golfers on the second fairway of the Ocean Winds golf course. Step out onto the open deck to enjoy additional seating and a propane grill for outdoor dining.
