Designed for comfort and style, the home features new furniture and hardwood floors throughout. The layout includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. On the first floor, you will find the master bedroom featuring a king bed and access to a full hall bathroom. The second level houses two additional guest bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with a queen bed—which share a hall bath. For added relaxation, both upstairs bedrooms feature HDTVs and sliding doors that open onto private decks with expansive views of the surrounding landscape.

The living and dining areas are open and airy, characterized by high ceilings and numerous windows. Guests can enjoy the outdoors from multiple vantage points, including a screened porch located off the kitchen and accessible from the master bedroom, as well as two open decks on the golf course side. For those who love to cook and dine alfresco, an additional open deck off the dining room comes equipped with a propane grill for your BBQ delights.

Located in a prime area, this property is tough to beat for its proximity to the Beach Club, Island House, golf courses, and beaches. Guests benefit from included amenity access to the Seabrook Island Club, providing complimentary use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool. Please note that the Lake House fitness center and indoor pool are available for a daily fee of $15 per person.

• Parking: Maximum of 3 passenger vehicles allowed overnight (11 PM - 7 AM). The first gate pass is included; additional passes are $45 per vehicle.
