Check-in is scheduled from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with the host meeting you onsite; please note that late check-in fees apply, and no arrivals are permitted after midnight. Check-out is by 10:00 AM, and late departures require prior approval and are subject to additional fees. We ask that you notify us of your departure time 24 hours in advance.

House rules strictly prohibit smoking on the balcony, inside the condo, or anywhere on the property. Pets, parties, and events are not allowed. While we provide essential linens, pillows, towels, cookware, and dishes, guests are responsible for washing dishes, emptying garbage, and laundering towels during their stay. Please be advised that body soap, shampoo, and other hygiene or cleaning supplies are not provided.
