The property maintains strict no-smoking, no-pets, and no-events policies throughout the entire premises including balconies. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with late check-in fees applying after hours and no arrivals accepted after midnight. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM, with late departure fees for extended stays subject to prior approval. Guests are responsible for washing towels, dishes, and emptying garbage during their stay. Personal toiletries, body soap, and shampoo are not provided. Management operates Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-6:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM-6:00 PM, and Sunday 10:00 AM-4:00 PM, with after-hours support limited to emergencies only. Registration STR-00880.
