• Fees: $69 non-refundable fee for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage
• Access: Complimentary access to private beaches, the equestrian center, and the Lakehouse outdoor pool. Optional amenity cards for the Beach Club, tennis, and golf are available for $55/day per family. Fitness center access is $16 per guest daily.
