Sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a king size bed and sliding glass doors that open to one of the three decks, as well as a second bedroom featuring a queen bed and a 43-inch 4K smart TV. For additional guests, the upstairs loft—which remains open to the living room below—provides two twin beds.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen is a highlight with Corian countertops, updated cabinets, and tile flooring. The living area is designed for relaxation and family bonding, boasting a 65-inch QLED 4K smart TV, various games, cards, and books. For those needing connectivity, the property is equipped with GigE speed internet. Outside, three decks provide stunning marsh views, including a sun deck that serves as a perfect retreat for daytime sunning or nighttime stargazing.

Located just a short stroll from the ocean, the property is ideally situated for walking along the beach or riding the waves. Guests can spend their days fishing, crabbing, and biking, or lounging by the neighborhood pool, which is just steps from the front door.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Strictly not allowed (owner is highly allergic)
• Parking: Maximum of 3 passenger vehicles allowed overnight (11 PM - 7 AM). The first gate pass is included; additional passes are $45 per vehicle and must be requested via the office.
• LSVs: Gas Low Speed Vehicle rentals are permitted provided they are registered, insured, and follow all SIPOA rules.
• Amenities: Access to Seabrook Island Club amenities (including oceanfront and Lake House pools) is available for purchase. Lake House Only access is also an option. Note that Seabrook Island is a cashless island; purchases are managed via a digital QR code.
