Your accommodations consist of one private bedroom featuring a comfortable queen bed, a dedicated work station, and a Smart TV for your entertainment. For ultimate peace of mind and privacy, the room is equipped with a digital door knob. You will also enjoy the convenience of a private ensuite full bathroom.

This room is situated on the third floor of a three-bedroom townhome. While your bedroom is a private sanctuary, you are welcome to utilize the shared common areas on the second floor, which include the kitchen, living room, dining room, and a half bathroom.

Located in the beautiful and historic Mexican War Streets neighborhood, you are perfectly positioned to explore the city. This area, originally developed in the 1840s as Buena Vista, is renowned for its charm. You are just a one-minute walk from Randyland, the most photographic spot in Pittsburgh. Other nearby attractions include Allegheny General Hospital (9-minute walk), Allegheny Commons Park (16-minute walk), PNC Park (19-minute walk), and both Acrisure Stadium and the Andy Warhol Museum (20-minute walk). Plentiful street parking is available along Arch Street.

To maintain a pleasant environment for all, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Kitchen Use: The owners are vegetarian; therefore, only light cooking is permitted (e.g., warming pre-cooked meals, sandwiches, salads, sautéing vegetables/tofu, or preparing breakfast). Heavy cooking, deep-frying, grilling, barbecuing, or roasting any meat, fish, or seafood is strictly prohibited.

• House Rules: No pets are allowed. No smoking, vaping, or marijuana is permitted inside the home, on balconies, or within 25 feet of the building. Please remove shoes inside and ensure only toilet paper is placed in the toilets. Parties, events, drugs, and illicit behavior are forbidden.

• Policies: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (or 7:00 AM). Only registered guests are permitted; no additional overnight visitors. Guests must be 21 years or older, and rentals are not available to local residents of Pittsburgh.

• Practical Info: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. All primary guests must complete a rental agreement and identity verification via the SuiteOp portal, including a government-issued photo ID and a security deposit or damage waiver, prior to receiving check-in instructions.
