Guest Bedroom 1 provides a peaceful retreat with a queen bed, while Guest Bedroom 2 offers great flexibility with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a futon.

Smoking is strictly prohibited, and quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 7 AM. No parties or events are allowed. Parking is available for 4 vehicles (2 under the house); overnight street parking is prohibited. To avoid fines, bikes and beach gear must not be visible from the street overnight, and towels may not be draped over porch railings. This property is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs for a $150 non-refundable fee. Gate passes are included for 2 vehicles ($45 for a 3rd).
