The primary bedroom is a private retreat with a king bed, a 55" Smart TV, and views of the golf course, complemented by an en-suite bath featuring a double sink Quartz vanity and a large walk-in tiled shower with both rain head and wand faucets. A second guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a private bath with a walk-in shower, while the third guest bedroom provides two twin beds with access to a full bath. For convenience, a laundry closet with a stacked full-size washer and dryer is located behind a sliding barn door.

The open main living space is designed for gathering, featuring synthetic wood flooring throughout and leather furniture centered around a 65" Smart TV. The well-appointed kitchen is a highlight, boasting custom cabinets, Quartz counters, a large center island with seating for four, and new stainless steel GE appliances, including an induction stove and wine refrigerator. A round dining table comfortably seats six. Step through sliding doors to the screened porch, where two separate seating vignettes allow you to watch golfers on the 18th fairway and listen to the gentle waves.

Situated in a prime location, the villa is less than a half-mile from the Seabrook Island Club's main Beach Club pools, dining, and boardwalks leading to 3.5 miles of private beach. You are just a short ride away from the Island House, Pelican's Nest restaurant, and the Crooked Oaks and Ocean Winds championship golf courses. North Beach, famous for dolphin strand-feeding, is only 1.3 miles away.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Parking: Maximum of 3 passenger vehicles permitted overnight (11 PM - 7 AM). The first gate pass is included; additional passes must be requested through the office. Gate passes are $45 per vehicle.
• LSV Policy: Gas Low Speed Vehicles (LSVs) only. Must be registered, insured, and display a valid SIPOA entry pass. Street use only.
• Note: The fireplace is for decorative purposes only.

Amenity access to the Seabrook Island Club is included, providing complimentary use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool. Please note that Seabrook Island is a cashless island; purchases are made via a digital QR code. Additional fees apply for golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, and the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool ($15 per person per day).
