• Pet Policy: Pets are welcome (leashed), limited to two domestic pets weighing up to 70 lbs at maturity. A pet cleaning fee of $250 + tax may apply.
• Smoking: This is a non-smoking building. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony. A $250 + tax fee applies for smoking inside the room.
