This spacious home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests. The layout is designed for privacy and comfort: the owner's bedroom boasts a king bed, walk-in closet, wall-mounted HDTV, and an en-suite bath with a custom tiled walk-in shower and double vanity. On the opposite side of the home, a guest bedroom offers a queen bed and access to the rear deck, while a second guest room provides a twin-over-full bunk bed. Both guest rooms share a hall bath featuring a deep soaker tub with a custom tile surround.

Inside, you will find a beautiful kitchen fully stocked for any meal, featuring quartzite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, and a full-size pantry. The open dining area with vaulted ceilings seats seven guests, while the living area is equipped with comfortable furnishings and a 65-inch 4KTV for movie nights. For more relaxation, the home includes a large screened-in porch with lounge seating, a dining area, and a wall-mounted HDTV to enjoy cool island breezes. Outside, the rear deck features Polywood seating and a Weber grill. Below the main level, a fabulous screened-in rec room awaits with a ping pong table and additional HDTV.

Located just one mile from the main Beach Club area, guests have easy access to outdoor pools, championship golf courses, and diverse dining. Pelican Beach is a short half-mile walk or bike ride away, ideal for dolphin spotting, while North Beach is just a short ride further.

• Rules: Minimum age 25. No smoking on property. No parties or large gatherings.
