• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

• Age Requirement: Per HOA guidelines, the primary guest must be at least 23 years old and present throughout the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over 23.
• Pet Policy: One dog is welcome with a $250 pet fee.
• Payment: 50% due at confirmation, and the remaining 50% due 30 days before check-in.
• Important Notes: Guests should check local news regarding lake levels prior to booking. A starter supply of toiletries and paper products is provided. Fines of up to $300 may apply for unregistered pets, unauthorized late departures, or excessive mess.
