WELCOME! We’ve made every effort to help make the most of your stay. Upon arrival please make an inventory review and if necessary share with us so we can address anything that will aide in improving the quality of your getaway. We are locals in Greensboro, NC and this place is our start into hospitality. We’ve worked hard to have all of the remodeling done to a level you can enjoy. You’d be shocked at what it looked like before and contractors from every trade have helped us bring it back from years (more than 80 years) gone by. We saved some vintage items we hope you’ll appreciate for character. We’ve spent hours choosing what to and not to include for your stay. If there’s something you’d appreciate in our place, please let us know and we’ll try to add those things for future guests.

House rules, policies and guidelines should be followed while visiting our place. With that being said… we do not allow animals because of their potential impact on the health of future guests (particularly those with animal allergies). If you have a certified service animal… prior to your booking you can share if your service animal is required because of a disability? What work or task has the dog been trained to perform? As long as it is house trained (only uses the potty outside), has no behavioral issues, and will at no time be left alone in the dwelling it will be allowed. When you exit the property there can be no sign of any animal having been in or on the property.

Our site is: No Smoking No Vaping No Incense No use or application of any item that may effect any future guest(s). If you want to smoke/vape or other 💨, go outside, close the door 🚪 behind you, stand away from doors 🚪 and windows 🪟 and enjoy your smoke/vape or other 💨. Remember, since we’re using digital locks, close to door completely, knowing you’ll need the code for access. Please place all exhausted waste products in water before properly disposing in a waste container 🗑 . Please completely finish and exhaust/exhale all of the smoke/vape or other 💨 from your lungs 🫁 prior to re-entry.

1 parking space on the adjacent parking pad in front of this unit is available for use. The other parking spot is for the additional unit occupied by other guest(s).

Contact the host if additional parking space is needed. Specific instructions will be provided in writing.

Please be considerate of others and insure your car 🚘 is parked to allow them plenty of space 🚘 🚘 to swing their doors wide open and unpack their baggage without any concerns for door dings or worse damage.

Our cleaning crew are here every checkout, they keep a running inventory of all items and take pictures 🏙 before they leave. If an accident happens and something gets broken, please report it immediately and let’s work through it together. From a drinking glass 🍹🥃🍸🍷🧋🍺 , coffee cup ☕️, plate 🍽, bowl 🥣, to the unusual… Stuff happens.

Please do not spin tires 🛞 for any reason on or in our lawn, driveway, parking pads and/or walkways.

Please travel along the driveway as though your children were playing right in front of you. Speed Limit 10 Miles Per Hour.

Please enjoy the landscape and scenery 🌺 🌸 🌹 throughout the property and leave all plants and blooms in place attached and in tact for future guests to enjoy.

When cooking, please dispose of grease/cooking oils in the trash can by letting it cool to room temperature then wipe pan/pot/dish with paper towel to dispose in the waste container 🗑. Please do not put any grease down drains.

Whenever possible please use the kitchen hood to remove fumes/odors from the space when cooking particularly when preparing anything that is steaming, creating vapors and/or smells.

When using personal/feminine products and personal wipes other than toilet paper…. Please do not flush any of those products down the toilet. Please dispose of those products in the waste container 🗑.

Prior to checkout/departure: Please place all used towels on the dry end of the bathtub 🛀 away from the drain.

Please wash the dirty dishes 🍷☕️🍺🍸🥣🍽, air or towel dry them and return them to the location inside the cabinet 🗄 where you found them.

Please remove all trash from all containers in all rooms and deliver it to the main wheeled trash dispenser 🗑 to the side of the driveway. Also place recycling in the wheeled recycling dispenser 🗑.

In the cold 🔥 season please set the thermostat to 68 degrees on the sunshine ☀️ setting.

In the hot 🧊 season please set the thermostat to 74 degrees on the snowflake ❄️ setting.

⭐️ Please let us know if you found anything we need to address. There may be something no one has shared or something that hasn’t been used in several guests and we haven’t been made aware of an issue. We work like many of you and when we know about things we get professionals to fix them.
