Please be aware that this home is situated on a double lot and shares a double driveway with another property. Guests should note that cable is not available; however, streaming is accessible using your own accounts. As Folly is a conservation-minded island, the home utilizes a septic system; we encourage the use of the awesome outdoor shower to help minimize the impact on the system.
