The home features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 1 bed, though it is uniquely configured to accommodate up to 4 guests. The main floor offers a lovely bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, a closet, and a flat-screen TV. For additional guests, the home includes a cozy loft equipped with 2 twin-sized beds. Please note that the loft is best suited for children or smaller adults, as the ceiling height peaks at approximately 4.5 feet, meaning most adults will not be able to stand upright.

Inside this 399-square-foot sanctuary, you will find a contemporary style with soft tones and rustic country accents. The spacious living area includes a comfortable couch and a big screen LCD internet-connected TV. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing home-cooked meals and features a stocked K-Cup brewer for your morning coffee. Additional conveniences include an in-unit stackable washer-dryer and a smart lock for seamless, contactless entry.

For winter sports enthusiasts, Breckenridge Ski Resort is 90 minutes away, and Keystone Resort is just 2 hours away.
