This beautiful 399 sq ft retreat is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 4 guests. The layout features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main floor hosts a cozy bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed, closet, ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV. Upstairs, a spacious bedroom loft provides a comfortable king-size bed; please note that the loft is ideal for children or smaller adults, as the ceiling height peaks at approximately 4.5 ft.

Blending a contemporary-rustic vibe with soft tones and a dimmable chandelier, the interior is as stunning as the scenery. The living area features a custom-designed dining table positioned to face the mountains, and a smart internet-connected flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen is complemented by a dedicated coffee bar featuring a Keurig K-Supreme Plus Coffee Maker. For your convenience, the home includes a stackable washer and dryer.

Outside, the experience continues on the porch with patio furniture for planning your adventures. The private gated backyard offers a desirable ambiance for unwinding, complete with a propane fire pit, composite outdoor chairs, and evening lighting.

Nestled in the lovely Peak View Park tiny home community, Little Joy Lodge is perfectly situated right off Route 24. Guests are less than a mile from supermarkets, Walmart, and great restaurants, with delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash available. The lodge is a gateway to Colorado's wonders: the Dinosaur Resource Center is just 2 minutes away, the Cave of the Winds is 10 minutes away, and the Manitou Incline is 15 minutes away. Garden of the Gods, Muller State Park, and the Pikes Peak Cog Railway are all within 20-22 minutes.

Early check-in is available when possible with the following fees: 12pm-1pm ($45), 1pm-2pm ($35), 2pm-3pm ($25), and 3pm-4pm ($15). Late check-out must be requested 24 hours in advance; fees range from $50 (up to 10:30am) to $200 (up to 12pm). Check-outs after 12pm are subject to a $500 overstay fee.
