Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that this property requires a minimum stay of 14 nights. Guests must provide a printed Rental Agreement and a photo ID at the Guard Gate upon entry. For arrivals before 5:00 PM, please notify the guard that you are heading to the Rental Office; for arrivals after 5:00 PM, your keys and check-in package will be available at the Guard Gate.

Strict community restrictions are in place to maintain the atmosphere of the village. There is a maximum of one assigned parking spot per unit. The following are strictly prohibited: pets, smoking, commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, motorcycles, and trucks taller than 7ft or longer than 17ft. Please be aware that check-in and check-out are unavailable on December 24th, 25th, and 26th, though these dates may be booked as part of a longer reservation.
