A second first-floor guest bedroom offers a plush queen bed and its own updated en-suite. On the second floor, the third bedroom is ideal for families, featuring 4 twin beds and a third en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination.

Interior highlights include hardwood floors throughout and a light-filled floor plan. The fully stocked kitchen boasts granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances, flowing into a separate dining room with sunny bay windows. • Parking: Large driveway available; strictly limited to 3 vehicle gate passes ($45 fee per vehicle). LSVs count toward this limit.
• Policies: No pets allowed. No smoking or vaping. This is not a party property.
• Fees: A $69 non-refundable fee applies for $1,500 of damage protection coverage. Fitness center and indoor pool access are available for $16 per guest daily.
• Amenities: Included digital amenity cards provide access to the Beach Club, dining club, tennis, and golf. Access to private beaches, the equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool is complimentary.
