Guests are required to sign a rental usage agreement, and a $300 authorization hold will be placed on the credit card for damages. The Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be strictly followed.

Important Note: The City of Isle of Palms has planned a beach renourishment project for July through November 2026, specifically affecting this area from September to November. During this time, you may see construction equipment or temporary work zones on portions of the beach.
