The full bathroom comes stocked with essential toiletries and a hairdryer for your convenience.
Step outside into an outdoor paradise. Guests have access to a private fenced-in patio, perfect for a quiet morning coffee, as well as a shared backyard. This communal space is designed for socializing and relaxation, offering a propane fire pit for cozy evenings, a 5-burner BBQ grill for outdoor cooking, and a hot tub perfect for unwinding. Please note that due to the cold Rocky Mountain water temperatures in winter, the hot tub may take several hours to reach its peak temperature of 102° upon arrival.
The studio includes a fully-equipped kitchen featuring an induction cooktop, full-sized fridge, microwave, countertop toaster oven, and a Keurig with complimentary pods and creamer. For year-round comfort, the space is equipped with a window AC unit in the bedroom and efficient baseboard heating. An in-unit washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

A short drive will take you to the stunning red rock formations of Garden of the Gods, the boutiques of downtown, and the shops at Old Colorado City.
