The guest bedroom is equally welcoming, providing two twin sized beds with carpet for additional guests. The home includes two full bathrooms, with the updated master bath boasting a separate vanity and a convenient walk-in shower.

Designed for both relaxation and productivity, the layout includes:

• Living room with a brand new sofa and a large Flat Screen TV
• Kitchen featuring granite countertops, updated cabinets, and stainless steel appliances
• Two dedicated work stations for guests working from home
• A wonderful screened-in tiled patio with a comfy couch to enjoy seasonal ocean breezes
• A rare private deck located just outside the patio, complete with a grill for outdoor cooking

Located within the prestigious Ocean Village community, guests have access to a wide array of resort amenities and a 24-hour manned security gate. The beautiful beach is close at hand, making it easy to transition from the tranquility of the pond to the excitement of the surf.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM (If arriving before 5 PM, please notify the Guard that you are heading to the Rental Office; after 5 PM, keys are available at the Guard Gate)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Stay Requirements: A 14-night minimum stay is required
• Holiday Notice: December 24th, 25th, and 26th may be booked as part of a larger reservation, but check-in and check-out are unavailable on these specific dates
• Parking: Maximum of 1 car in the assigned parking lot
• Restrictions: No smoking, motorcycles, trailers, RVs, or commercial vehicles
• Pets: This unit is pet friendly

Cancellation Policy:

• Over 120 days prior: Full Refund (minus non-refundable processing fees)
• 91-120 days prior: $200 or 15% of reservation, whichever is greater
• 61-90 days prior: 50% of all monies received will be retained
• 0-60 days prior: No refund

Payment Schedule: A 25% deposit is due at booking, 50% is due 120 days prior to check-in, and the final 25% balance, cleaning fee, and $500 refundable security deposit are due 60 days prior to arrival.
