This thoughtfully appointed villa features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 5 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a Master Bedroom with a King bed and a second bedroom featuring a Queen bed and a Twin bed for additional accommodations. The Master Bedroom opens directly onto a partially covered deck with seating for six, perfect for morning coffee or afternoon snacks.

Inside, the home is centered around its best feature: the light-filled sunroom with a comfortable couch and swivel chairs. The open kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and the dining table comfortably seats six. For entertainment, the living area boasts a 65" 4K Smart TV with an extensive array of streaming services, including Netflix, HBO Max, and Disney+, all supported by a strong Wi-Fi signal throughout the home.

Located in the Creekwatch neighborhood, you are just steps away from a community pool with a lounging deck, a crabbing dock, and a kayak launching point. A few minutes from your door, you will find 3.5 miles of sparkling white beach, recognized by the Travel Channel as one of the top ten beaches in America. The surrounding area is a natural wildlife preserve where you can observe loggerhead turtles, deer, and various marsh waterfowl.

• Parking: Covered private parking is available. A maximum of 2 passenger vehicles may be parked overnight (11 PM - 7 AM). One gate pass is included; additional passes must be requested via the office ($45 per vehicle).
• LSV Rules: Only gas-powered Low Speed Vehicles (LSVs) are permitted. They must be registered, insured, and have a valid SIPOA entry pass.
• Rules: No pets allowed, no smoking on property, no parties or large gatherings. Minimum age is 25.
• Amenities: Amenity access to the Seabrook Island Club (including oceanfront and Lake House pools) is available for purchase.
