The upstairs loft serves as a flexible sleeping space with two twin trundle beds and its own full bathroom with a shower.

Inside, you will find a stunning kitchen equipped with new cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The living area is designed for gathering, recently extended with a bright all-season room. Abundant windows throughout the home allow natural light to flood the space while providing panoramic views of the 17th hole of Ocean Winds and the surrounding marsh. For outdoor enjoyment, the home includes a deck just off the all-season room and a gas grill.
