For additional sleeping flexibility, a queen-sized all-night electric air mattress is also available, allowing the space to sleep up to 4 guests (plus 2 babies under 2 years old). The home includes two bathrooms, providing plenty of convenience for your group.

This luxury residence is bathed in light with 270 degrees of windows and sliding glass doors facing the water. The interior is finished with tile and luxury vinyl flooring, while the living space is equipped with two smart TVs programmed for Netflix and Hulu. The full kitchen is meticulously appointed with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, dishwasher, blender, and both Keurig and Mister Coffee machines. For your convenience, a small washer and dryer are available for non-sandy items.

Step outside onto the open deck with its protective awning, where you will find a table and chairs for four. To enhance your beach experience, the deck also holds four beach chairs and one beach umbrella.

• Pets: Dogs under 35 lbs are welcome (subject to breed list approval and a $175 per-pet fee). Please provide a photo of your dog and bring linens to cover white furniture. A $500 fee applies for dog hair or dander found on beds or furniture.
• Rules: No smoking allowed (penalty of $500). Grilling is prohibited on the deck or inside the unit; however, a smokeless electric grill is provided for your use.
