The master bedroom is a true sanctuary with a king size bed, new bedding, a flat screen TV/DVD, an attached bath, and its own private deck. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and is connected to a full bath and equipped with its own flat screen TV/DVD. For additional guests, the loft bedroom contains a set of full bunk beds, a full bath, and a deck providing a magnificent view of the island.

Living spaces are designed for comfort and style, including a living room with a vaulted ceiling, large flat screen TV, and DVD/CD/stereo options. The dining area features a huge table perfect for shared meals or game nights. For those who love to cook, the fully equipped kitchen includes a large refrigerator/freezer with water and ice, a microwave, a flat top stove and oven, and both regular and single cup coffee makers. To enhance your stay, ceiling fans are located in every room, and the villa boasts three decks with beautiful views of the lagoon and fairway of one of the two championship island golf courses.

• Pets: Small dogs under 25 lbs are allowed (additional pet fee applies)
• Parking: Maximum of 2 passenger vehicles allowed overnight (11 pm-7 am). The first gate pass is included; additional passes must be requested through the office.
• LSV Rentals: Gas Low Speed Vehicles are permitted provided they are registered, insured, and follow all SIPOA rules.
• Amenity Access: Seabrook Island Club amenity access is included. This provides a digital QR code for access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool. Note that Seabrook Island is a cashless island.
• Additional Fees: Lake House fitness center and indoor pool are available for a daily rate of $15 per person.
