Inside, you will find a beautifully appointed space with updated plank floors throughout and beautiful vaulted ceilings that enhance the open feel of the home. The bedroom is a private sanctuary featuring its own flat screen television and a convenient walk-in shower. The living room is similarly equipped with a flat screen TV for your entertainment. For dining, you can enjoy a meal at the eat-in bar or the dedicated dining area, supported by a kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances. When you want to step outside, you can relax on the patio and take in the surroundings.

While the property is situated within the active community of Ocean Village, please note that the structured amenities list is currently empty; however, the community provides a 24-hour manned security gate for your peace of mind. Ocean Village is known for being a very active neighborhood where there are always exciting events going on for guests to enjoy.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. If you arrive before 5:00 PM, please notify the guard that you are visiting the Rental Office to check in; arrivals after 5:00 PM will find their keys and check-in package waiting at the Guard Gate.

Strict house rules are in place to maintain the property: there is a minimum stay requirement of 14 nights. Please note that while December 24th, 25th, and 26th may be booked as part of a larger reservation, check-in and check-out are unavailable on those specific dates. There is a maximum of one assigned parking space. The following are strictly prohibited: smoking, pets, commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, motorcycles, and trucks taller than 7 feet or longer than 17 feet.
