For your convenience, the bedroom includes a ceiling fan, a Smart Samsung TV, and a comfy leather lounge chair with an ottoman. The primary bath is equally refined, featuring a marble topped vanity and a large walk-in shower equipped with a Hans-Grohe rain head. A sliding barn door provides a stylish transition to this space, while a stacked washer and dryer are tucked away in the bedroom closet. An additional full bath is conveniently located in the main hallway.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: One family dog is welcome (additional daily fee applies)
• Parking: Maximum of 2 passenger vehicles allowed overnight (11 PM - 7 AM). The first gate pass is included; please contact the office if additional passes are needed.
• Restrictions: LSV rentals are not permitted by the Pelican Watch regime.
• Amenity Access: Access to Seabrook Island Club amenities is included. This provides complimentary use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool. Other activities such as golf, tennis, pickleball, and the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool incur additional costs. Please note that Seabrook Island is a cashless island; purchases are managed via a digital QR code.
