The home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2.0 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The master bedroom is a private sanctuary equipped with a King-sized bed and a large flat screen TV. Both additional guest bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements, each equipped with 2 twin beds and their own televisions.

Inside, you will find a living space designed for relaxation and entertainment. The home boasts a large flat screen television and a dining room that adds extra charm with a built-in mini wet bar. The kitchen and bathrooms retain their original build, offering a classic feel. Step outside to the large screened-in patio to enjoy a refreshing breeze and a tranquil view of the pond. For your convenience, the building is equipped with an elevator for ease of access.

Located within the vibrant Ocean Village community, guests have access to a very active environment where events are always taking place. This rental includes all of the wonderful amenities available within the Ocean Village complex, ensuring a full and engaging experience during your stay.

Practical details for your visit include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. If arriving before 5:00 PM, please notify the guard that you are heading to the Rental Office to check in; for arrivals after 5:00 PM, your keys and check-in package will be available at the Guard Gate.

Please note a minimum stay of 14 nights is required. Check-in and check-out are unavailable on December 24th, 25th, and 26th, though these dates may be booked as part of a larger reservation. House rules strictly prohibit pets, smoking, commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, and motorcycles. Parking is limited to a maximum of 2 cars in a non-assigned lot.
