For dining and light meals, the studio includes a table for four and a mini kitchen perfectly suited for light breakfasts and lunches, featuring a microwave oven, under-counter refrigerator, wine cooler, and a 2-burner cooktop (please note there is no oven). One of the most captivating aspects of this unit is the fantastic mountain and ski trail views, allowing guests to watch the sunrise every morning from the comfort of their room.

• Verification: Reservation holders must submit a photo of their driver's license and a selfie holding the license; a signed Rental Agreement is required within 24 hours of booking.
• Restrictions: No pets allowed (pets found on-site will result in immediate eviction without refund and a $250 charge). No smoking, vaping, or large gatherings.
• Quiet Hours: Mandatory between 10 PM and 8 AM.
• Other: No mailbox access is granted.
