• Requirements: A photocopy of the lead guest's driver's license matching the credit card used for booking is required upon booking.
• Quiet Hours: Absolute silence outside after 10:00 PM; parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the property. A $500 fee applies if evidence of smoking is found.
• Maintenance: Guests must clean the BBQ grill and kitchen oven after use. Failure to do so will result in a $150 cleaning fee.
• Pets: Not allowed
• Grill Safety: Please keep the BBQ grill away from the turf.
