Welcome to 513 Tarpon Pond, a bright and airy beach cottage designed to be your home away from home in beautiful Seabrook Island, South Carolina. This inviting retreat blends open-concept living with spectacular pond views, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing coastal getaway.

The interior is defined by a light and open atmosphere, highlighted by a living room with soaring cathedral ceilings and large sliding doors that lead to the screened-in porch. This space is ideal for gathering and enjoying the 55-inch HDTV. The main floor also features a fully equipped kitchen for all your dining needs and an open dining area with a table that seats six, along with an additional smaller table downstairs for four.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across the home to accommodate your group:

• Master Bedroom: Features a king size bed, HDTV, and a full en-suite bathroom with a shower.
• Second Bedroom: Offers a comfortable queen size bed.
• Third Bedroom: Includes two twin beds.
• Upper Loft: Boasting the best pond views, this open space features a comfortable queen size sofa bed, a separate sitting area with a day bed, a desk, and a spacious full bath with a great shower.

Guests have access to three full bathrooms and convenient main-floor laundry with a full-size washer and dryer. Step outside to the large screened porch to sip cool drinks and watch the local wildlife on the lagoon, or fire up the large gas grill for an outdoor meal. All linens and towels are provided, though guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.

Located on the serene Seabrook Island, guests enjoy included access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities. This provides complimentary use of the Lake House outdoor pool and the Beach Club oceanfront pools. Additional paid activities such as golf, tennis, pickleball, and equestrian events are also available.

• Pets: Not allowed
• Parking: Maximum of 3 passenger vehicles allowed overnight (11 PM - 7 AM). One gate pass is included; additional passes are $45 per vehicle.
• LSV Rentals: Permitted, provided they are registered, insured, and meet SIPOA requirements.
• Age Requirement: Minimum age to book is 25.
