The minimum age for the reservation holder is 25; failure to meet this requirement will result in cancellation without a refund. To finalize your stay, the reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license and a selfie holding the license, and a signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking. Pets are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate eviction and a $250 fee. Smoking, vaping, and large gatherings are prohibited. Quiet hours are mandatory between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please note that mailbox access is not granted.
