For the chef, the space includes an induction cook-top, a French drawer refrigerator with an automatic ice maker, and a Cuisinart toaster oven. The surrounding living area offers intimate seating with a loveseat and swivel chairs, complemented by a 50" Smart TV for streaming.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy. The first floor hosts two bedrooms, both featuring en-suite baths. The master suite offers a king bed and its own 50" Smart TV, with sliders leading directly to the grilling deck. Its master bath includes a large walk-in shower with a rain head faucet. A second guest suite features a queen bed, a 32" TV, and an amazing bathroom with a garden tub and large shower. For additional guests, a unique loft space accessible via a spiral staircase provides a twin bed with a trundle and a half bath.
