The main level hosts a great room with a queen sleeper sofa and a second bedroom featuring both a queen and twin bed. A full hall bath with a tub/shower combo and granite vanity serves this level. Upstairs, the primary bedroom serves as a peaceful retreat, boasting a comfortable king bed, a large 48" TV, and an en-suite bath with a separate dressing area and a large walk-in tiled shower. Sliding doors lead from the primary suite to a private deck where you can be mesmerized by glowing nightly sunsets.

Inside, the villa is accented with wood floors throughout and a stunning kitchen featuring custom navy cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a beautiful subway tiled backsplash. The dining area offers panoramic golf course views through floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing you to watch golfers on the 18th fairway of Crooked Oaks while you relax. For entertainment, the owners have provided a variety of games and puzzles.

Location Highlights: Located in the heart of Seabrook Island, guests are steps away from the Low Country's natural beauty. The area is home to an Equestrian Center for beach and trail rides, 15 Har-Tru clay courts, pickleball, and a fitness and aquatics complex.

• Pets: Up to one family dog allowed (additional pet fee applies)
• Parking: Maximum of 2 passenger vehicles overnight (11 PM - 7 AM). The first gate pass is included; additional passes are $45 per vehicle.
• LSVs: Low Speed Vehicle rentals are permitted provided they are registered, insured, and follow all SIPOA rules.

• Note: Linens and towels are provided, but guests must bring their own beach towels.
