The villa is thoughtfully laid out for comfort and relaxation. The sleeping arrangements feature a king-sized bedroom equipped with a flat screen TV with cable and an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. For those needing to stay connected, a window nook desk provides a dedicated workspace. An additional full bathroom with a shower is conveniently located further down the hallway.

The main living area is tastefully decorated in bright, warm colors to create a beachy feel, offering plenty of seating and a flat screen TV. A wide, extended bar with tall bar stools provides an ideal vantage point to overlook the living area and the natural beauty outside. The adjacent galley kitchen is fully equipped and open to the main living space, ensuring you never miss the river and ocean views. Practical additions include a stacked washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry closet and a second desk for computer use.

Step through the sliding doors onto the private porch to enjoy coffee around a round table that seats four. Thanks to the west-facing position of this side of the island, you can relax and watch stunning sunsets over the sea. Direct beach access is just steps away via a private boardwalk leading straight to the sand and water.

Guest capacity is limited to 2 guests. Up to two dogs are welcome with an additional charge; for your convenience, the villa provides extra food and water bowls along with "doggie towels."

• Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
• Parking: Maximum of 2 passenger vehicles allowed overnight (11 pm - 7 am). The first gate pass is included in your stay; additional passes must be requested via the office.
• Restrictions: LSV rentals are not allowed by the Pelican Watch regime.
• Island Note: Seabrook Island is a cashless island; a digital QR code linked to your credit card is used for all purchases and access to Club and Lake House facilities.

Enjoy included amenity access to the Seabrook Island Club, which provides complimentary use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool. Additional paid activities include golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian events, and the Lake House indoor pool and fitness center (available at a daily rate of $15 per person).
