The second bedroom includes two full beds and a dedicated armoire with a TV, while the third bedroom provides a cozy queen bed and a small TV. The heart of the home is the open living room, featuring hardwood floors and French doors that open to a screened porch with stunning views of the par 3, 5th hole on Crooked Oaks. For outdoor dining, enjoy the covered deck equipped with a gas grill. Practical Details & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Parking: Maximum of 3 passenger vehicles overnight (11 PM - 7 AM). The first gate pass is included; additional passes must be requested through the office.
• LSVs: Only gas-powered Low Speed Vehicles are permitted; they must be registered, insured, and possess a valid gate pass.
• Security: The exterior is equipped with a Ring doorbell.
• Amenities: Access to Seabrook Island Club and Lake House amenities is available for purchase.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival receive a refund minus a $250 fee. Cancellations within 30 days result in a full loss of funds. Monthly winter rentals require a 60-day notice for a partial refund (minus $250).
