Upstairs, you will find a spacious laundry room and two additional bedrooms: a master suite featuring a king bed, TV, and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi, double sinks, and a separate tiled shower, as well as a large bedroom with twin beds, a private bath, and a Smart TV with streaming capacity. For effortless accessibility, the home is equipped with an elevator serving all floors from the basement garage.

Living spaces are designed for comfort and connection. The inviting great room includes an entertainment center with a 42" HDTV, DVD player, stereo system, and various books and board games. • Parking: Maximum of 3 passenger vehicles allowed overnight (11 pm-7 am). One gate pass is included; additional passes must be requested through the office. Note that SIPOA charges $45 per vehicle for gate passes.
• LSV Rentals: Permitted provided they are registered, insured, and follow all SIPOA and SC safety laws. LSVs are for street use only.

Your stay includes access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities via digital QR code, providing entry to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest, Island House, and the Lake House facilities. While outdoor pool usage is free, additional fees apply for golf, tennis, and the indoor pool and fitness center.
