Discover the ultimate coastal escape at 1306 Pelican Watch, a beautiful second-floor villa on gorgeous Seabrook Island, South Carolina. This inviting retreat offers incredible panoramic views where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Edisto River, providing a serene backdrop for your next getaway.

Designed for comfort and relaxation, the villa features 1 bedroom with 1 king-sized bed and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 2 guests. The primary bedroom serves as a comfortable retreat with new linens, lovely furnishings, and a comfy chair perfect for getting lost in a good book. The en suite bath is highlighted by a large vanity with a granite countertop and an oversized tiled shower. A second full bath with a shower is conveniently located off the hall.

Inside, whimsical art greets you upon entry, leading into a living area with high ceilings and sliding doors that ensure water views from every vantage point. The kitchen is fully equipped for vacation cooking, featuring Quartz countertops, whitewashed wainscot cabinets, and new stainless steel appliances. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are located in the laundry closet.

Step outside onto the deck to watch the sky turn bright orange as the sun sets over the Edisto River, or relax under an umbrella as sailboats and shrimp boats amble by. A short boardwalk leads directly from the deck to the quiet, calm sands of Pelican Beach. The villa is also just a short walk to the Beach Club pools, clubhouse, golf courses, and oceanfront dining at Pelican's Nest.

Beyond the villa, explore the diverse activities at Freshfields or Bohicket Marina, or take a 25-mile drive to experience the charm of Charleston.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Maximum of 2 passenger vehicles allowed overnight (11 PM - 7 AM). One gate pass is included; additional passes are $45 per vehicle.
• Restrictions: No pets allowed. LSV rentals are not permitted by the Pelican Watch regime.
• Amenities: Guests receive included access to Seabrook Island Club amenities. While oceanfront pools are complimentary via a digital QR code, additional fees apply for golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, and the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool ($15 per person/day).
• Note: Guests must bring their own beach towels.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival receive a refund minus a $250 fee. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. Monthly winter rentals require a 60-day notice for a refund minus $250.
