The home features a thoughtful layout with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The first level hosts the master bedroom, which features a queen bed, television, and an en suite bath with a walk-in shower, as well as sliding plantation shutters leading to a private deck. A second spacious first-floor bedroom includes a full bed plus a single twin and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower that is also accessible from the main living area. Upstairs, you will find an open loft with vaulted ceilings, 2 twin beds, and an adorable sitting area complete with a game table and access to an upper deck.

The interior is filled with natural light, highlighted by a living room with a vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, and a wall of windows. The beautiful kitchen is fully stocked with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, paired with a dining table that seats six.

Outside, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach or lounge on the deck and watch golfers stroll by. The property is just a short walk or bike ride to Boardwalk 3A and the 3.5 miles of sandy shoreline. Guests can also enjoy the Sealoft neighborhood pool.

Seabrook Island provides a family-friendly atmosphere with access to two championship golf courses, a tournament-grade tennis center, a full-service equestrian center, and a fitness and aquatics complex. Access to Seabrook Island Club amenities is included with this rental. Note that the island is cashless; credit cards are linked to a digital QR code for all purchases and facility entry.

• LSV Policy: Gas LSVs only. These require a dedicated gate pass, must be registered and insured, and are for street use only (no bicycle paths, boardwalks, or beaches).
