Sleeping Arrangements:

• Primary Bedroom: Queen size bed, cable TV, and a private screened porch overlooking the tidal marsh, with an adjoining full bath featuring a shower/tub and separate vanity area.
• Second Bedroom: Queen size bed and an adjoining full bath with a separate sink area.
• Third Bedroom: Two twin beds with access to the full hall bath.

• Pets: Up to 2 dogs are welcome (no cats); additional pet fees apply.
• Parking: Maximum of 3 passenger vehicles may be parked overnight (11 PM - 7 AM). The first gate pass is included; additional passes are $45 per vehicle and must be requested via the office.
• Restrictions: No LSV rentals allowed. Minimum age to book is 25.
• Amenity Access: Seabrook Island Club amenity access is included. Please note that the island is cashless; a digital QR code linked to a credit card is required for entry and purchases.
