For additional sleeping space, the second floor hosts an open sleeping loft equipped with twin beds and a cozy reading corner.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. The primary bedroom opens onto a private deck perfect for morning coffee while watching golfers on the course, while the upstairs loft features its own deck, ideal for soaking up the sun's rays or stargazing at night. The living area is framed by a wall of windows providing stunning views of the 11th fairway of Ocean Winds.

• Parking: Maximum of 2 passenger vehicles permitted overnight (11 pm-7 am). The first gate pass is included; additional passes require a call to the office.
• LSV Rules: Only gas-powered Low Speed Vehicles (LSVs) are permitted. These require a dedicated gate pass, must be registered and insured with a 17-digit VIN, and must follow all SIPOA usage restrictions.
• Restrictions: No pets allowed.
