Sleeping arrangements are designed for maximum comfort: the master bedroom offers a king bed, an en suite bath with a single vanity and walk-in tiled shower, and sliding door access to the deck. The guest bedroom features 2 double beds and its own en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination, also boasting sliding door access to the outdoors.

While this villa provides a serene sanctuary, its location is one of the best on the island. You are situated just across from the Beach Club pools and Pelicans Nest restaurant, and only a short stroll away from 3.5 miles of pristine beach. The building also provides an elevator for easy access and convenient parking underneath the unit.

• Parking: Maximum of 2 passenger vehicles allowed overnight (11 PM - 7 AM). The first gate pass is included; additional passes must be coordinated through the office.
• Restrictions: No LSV rentals allowed.
• Amenity Access: Seabrook Island Club amenity access (including oceanfront and outdoor pools) is available for purchase. Please note that Seabrook Island is a cashless community utilizing a digital QR code system for all facility access and purchases.
