Fines & Damage Policy: Guests are responsible for any stains or damages. Removable stains are $50 per item; non-removable stains on linens/towels are $100, and non-removable stains on furniture/rugs are $200. Stains from hair dye, bleach, or bodily fluids require full replacement cost. Smoking inside the property or excessive cleaning results in a $500 fee.
