The living area is anchored by a cozy wood-burning fireplace and a large 65" TV. • Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Pet-friendly (max 2 pets) with required additional fees
• Parking: Maximum of 2 passenger vehicles permitted overnight (11 PM - 7 AM). The first gate pass is included; additional passes must be requested via the office.
• LSVs: Low Speed Vehicle rentals are permitted but must be registered, insured, and follow all SIPOA usage and safety restrictions.
• Amenity Access: Access to Seabrook Island Club amenities is included. Oceanfront pools at the Beach Club and the Lake House outdoor pool are free. Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, and the Lake House indoor pool/fitness center require additional fees.
• Cancellation: For stays under 30 days, cancellations made 30+ days prior to arrival receive a deposit refund minus a $250 fee. All monies are forfeited if cancelled less than 30 days prior.
